Nach dem Formen und Abk\u00fchlen werden dichte lange Kunststoffstreifen von einer Maschine zur Herstellung von Kunststoffpellets in Kunststoffpellets geschnitten. Beim Recycling von Agrarfolien gibt es einige Tipps:<\/p>    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li><strong>Geeignete Ausgangsleistung:<\/strong> Der Kunststoff-Pelletierer von Shuliy hat eine Kapazit\u00e4t von 180 kh\/h bis 450 kg\/h. Kleine landwirtschaftliche Betriebe oder Produktionsbetriebe k\u00f6nnen sich f\u00fcr Maschinen mit geringerer Leistung entscheiden, w\u00e4hrend gro\u00dfe Produktionslinien Ger\u00e4te mit h\u00f6herer Leistung ben\u00f6tigen.<\/li>    <li><strong>Temperaturkontrolle:<\/strong> Achten Sie auf die Temperaturkontrolle. Verschiedene Kunststoffarten erfordern unterschiedliche Temperaturen, die normalerweise zwischen 160 und 250 Grad Celsius liegen.<\/li>    <li><strong>Schneckengeschwindigkeit und Vorschubgeschwindigkeit:<\/strong> Passen Sie die Schneckengeschwindigkeit und die Zufuhrgeschwindigkeit an, um die Konsistenz und Qualit\u00e4t der Granulierung sicherzustellen.
